Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc:
Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc is a concert and event production company. Serdar Ilhan Presents is a producer, not a re-seller of events. All the tickets sold through us for events that we produce.
Methods of Payment:
Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc accepts the following methods of payment for ticket purchases: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We will update this policy as other methods of payment become available.
Pricing, Availability and Purchase Confirmation:
Our website gives you up to date information about tickets. If tickets for a particular event is sold-out, our system will not permit you to complete a purchase. Most of our events are “standing room only”, therefore you will not be able to choose your seats. In the events where there are different pricing levels for separate parts of the venue, or VIP tickets, etc, the system will give you the option to purchase the tickets you want, provided that they are not sold-out.
At times, additional tickets may become available to an event after you get a notice that the event is sold-out. We will relay and update that information through our website using best efforts.
Once you place a ticket order with us, you will receive an electronic “order confirmation”. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Therefore, if you do not receive the order confirmation or have problems during the purchasing process, you are directly responsible for contacting us and letting us know of the problem. Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you fail to receive order confirmation and do not contact Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc to resolve the issue.
By clicking the "Purchase" button, you affirmatively agree to abide by Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc's policies as outlined in this document.
Convenience Charges:
From time to time, depending on the circumstances, Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc may assess a service charge on each ticket purchased for each event. In case of such a “service charge”, there will be an explicit notice in the event and purchasing information pages.
Delivery of Tickets and Will Call:
As a default, most of our tickets are sold on a “will call” basis. You will need to come up to the ticketing area of the venue before the event with a print-out of your “order confirmation” to pick up your tickets. In rare cases, we may offer actual tickets for shipping. In these rare cases, we will give you the option for mailed tickets during the purchasing process.
Ticket Limits:
From time to time Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc, the artist, or the venue may limit the number of tickets available per purchaser per event. This ticket limit is identified on the unique event page. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit may be canceled without notice. This includes duplicate orders having the same name, billing address, credit card or other unique identifiers. Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc shall have sole discretion regarding the cancellation of such orders.
Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc. Ticket Refund Policy:
There are no refunds or exchanges on concert tickets. The only exception is if a show cancels. From time to time concerts may get canceled. This is completely beyond the control of Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc. and is a foreseeable, albeit unpleasant, occurrence of the music industry. The cancelation may be because of inclement weather, performer’s health or personal reasons, etc.
In case a concert is canceled, the purchaser is entitled to a full-refund. If the concert will be re-scheduled, the purchaser may opt to hold on to the ticket for the re-scheduled date or ask for a refund.
In cases where there is a cancelation, Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc. will automatically refund the ticket purchase price and associated costs, excluding expedited ticket mailing fees, if applicable, in the same manner the purchase was made.
Example: If the purchaser used his/ her credit card for the ticket, the same credit card will be refunded. The credit card refund may only show in the next billing cycle of the purchaser depending on the credit card company or the issuing bank’s policies.
If PayPal or Google Purchases are made, then the refund will be through PayPal and Google. At all times the refund will be through the exact same way the ticket was purchased. Accordingly, there will be no cash refunds.
In cases where Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc. needs to re-schedule an event, the ticket buyer will have the option to ask for a refund. Unless the ticket buyer expressly asks for a refund, the buyer will be presumed to “hold-on” to the ticket for the re-scheduled event and such ticket will be honored by Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc. at the re-scheduled event.
In case of re-scheduling if the buyer expressly asks for a refund from Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc, then such refund will be completed as described above for canceled events.
In events that have an opening act, a change or cancelation of the opening act will not be considered the cancelation of the entire event. It is a fact of the music business: opening acts are always subject to change or cancelation and such change or cancelation does not render the main event canceled of will not defeat the purpose of the main act. Therefore, in cases where the opening act for an event is changed or canceled, the purchaser of the ticket is not entitled to a refund. The tickets sold through Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc. are for the main events and all opening or extra acts are incidental.
If the amount you pay for a ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect, regardless of whether due to an error in a price posted on the Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc website or otherwise communicated to you, and regardless of whether it was because of a transactional malfunction of the Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc website, then Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid.
The above policies are only applicable to tickets purchased directly and electronically from Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc. and its website. In cancellation or re-scheduling cases where the tickets are purchased from the venue or through other means outside of Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc’s control, the policies of the venue or the re-seller will be applicable and controlling. Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability in these circumstances.
Ticket Usage Conditions:
The ticket you purchase through Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc is a revocable license. The ticket holder is subject to inspection upon entrance to the ticketed venue, and should such holder refuse to permit such inspection, holder's money shall be refunded. Any violation of law while attending the ticketed event may result in holder being removed from the venue without refund of any portion of the ticket price or charges. The holder of the ticket voluntarily assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury arising during its use whether prior to, during, or after the event and agrees that Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc, the venue, its management and affiliates of the event are not liable under any theory whatsoever. The ticket is non-transferable. Any transfer, attempted transfer, resale, counterfeit, or unauthorized copy is grounds for seizure from and/or cancellation without refund. Tickets obtained from an unauthorized source may be stolen, copied illegally, counterfeit or lost and, if so, may be seized and cancelled without compensation. There are no refunds or exchanges for such unauthorized tickets. Event dates, times and locations are subject to change. Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc. reserves the right to change this information without notification, but will exercise its best efforts to let its visitors know of such changes.
Third Party Resellers:
The tickets for a Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc event may be sold through the official Serdar Ilhan Presents website, the venues box-office, or, in some limited circumstances, through pre-designated resellers. All the policies herein are applicable to the tickets sold through the official Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc website. All other ticket purchases are subject to the policies of the reseller. Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc assumes neither liability or responsibility for tickets purchased through the above mentioned resellers.
Terms of Use:

Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc's purchase and contact forms, including mailing list request forms, require you to give us contact information (name and email address), unique identifiers (Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc member log-in), and demographic information (address). Additionally our purchase forms require you to provide us with certain financial information (credit card numbers). Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc also may collect the IP addresses that are not unique to your computer. We may share anonymous, aggregated (grouped) demographic information with advertisers and other third parties so that they can tailor their advertisements and communications to the appropriate audience. Requesting Serdar Ilhan Presents, Inc Not To Release Your Information
